#Repost @lisafewphysiotherapy • • • • • • So with Christmas Day looming and the associated stress and anxiety that triggers for some people, I saw this post from @jowarboys which I thought was brilliant. I have seen lots of Mums this week feeling really stressed and overwhelmed by their massive to do lists which seem to get even bigger when the school term starts to come to an end with all the additional things that we have to remember. When I saw this picture on Jo’s feed I loved it. I think the visual reminder that actually it is ok to say no. Enjoy the festive celebrations and if saying no to something makes you feel happier and less anxious do it!!
