A bit about me!

Hi, I’m Jo & my service offerings reflect my personal journey and they were created to offer emotional and physical support for anyone who may need it. I do feel passionately that we ALL deserve to see the value in taking time to focus on ourselves and to do what we can to feel as fabulous as we can! Sparkle, shizzle, glow…however we define it, we want to feel oodles of it!

The goal is to work together to identify the best support for you. Talking therapy, walk & talk, telephone and Zoom talking therapy, bodywork, breath work….. feel like you are being held. What you want, need and deserve is unique to you.

Self care and ‘me’ time is one of the best ways to keep you on tip top form! Investing in your mental wellness is an act of kindness. I acknowledge the courage it takes just seek support. What a warrior!

Having previously worked for over 15 years in senior management roles, once I had children it was clear that a change in direction was needed! The company I was working for made me redundant and I was struggling after a traumatic birth, associated birth injuries & post natal depression. I felt broken and that I had lost myself. Having used talking therapy in the past as a way to manage stress levels & help with my general well being, I just knew I wanted to work in that field. It lead me on a road of recovery!

I was also disappointed in the lack of specialist, effective therapy; any accessible support for female centric mental health so focused on expanding my skills to get educated on all things; gynae, birth, massage, pregnancy, post natal, hysterectomy, SPD, infant loss, abdominal release and recovery, pelvic floor, soft tissue, menopause, talking therapy, scar work, birth trauma, myofascial release, postnatal depression, PTSD……the list goes on!

Everything I had yearned for ! My clients who walk through the door need some or all of my skills and being able to offer that is just bloomin’ brilliant!

Do get in touch to see how we can work together!
